Test and learn
Test and learn is an iterative, evidence-informed approach to decision making. It requires picking a change worth trying, putting it into practice, seeing what the data shows and adjusting continuously. Small, practical cycles let partnerships make changes, see the effects quickly, and improve as they go.
This is how partnerships turn information into improvement and drive local and timely change. A test and learn approach supports local capability and a culture where continuous learning is the norm.
Restacking the Odds has created a test and learn platform that supports our partners to measure what matters and test ideas to improve outcomes for children and families.
