Anthony Fleming

Technology & Data Delivery Manager

Anthony Fleming is the Technology and Data Delivery Manager for Restacking the Odds (RSTO), leading data and technology delivery alongside strategic facilitation, with an interest in advancing AI capability with the RSTO team. His work focuses on turning complex data into practical tools and capability for teams working on early childhood systems change.

Prior to joining MCRI in 2024, Anthony spent over 30 years in senior technology leadership roles across the insurance sector, including at IAG, CGU, AAMI and most recently at Australia Post, where he led major platform, data and operational transformations. He is interested in how good data practice and thoughtful use of technology can strengthen the systems that support more equitable outcomes for children.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Applied Science.

Restacking the Odds is a national initiative led by the Centre for Community Child Health at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, in collaboration with Bain & Company and Social Ventures Australia.
