Cara Donohue
Evaluation Lead
Cara Donohue is the Evaluation Lead for Restacking the Odds (RSTO), designing and conducting the internal evaluation of RSTO's implementation work in communities, as well as its policy and advocacy work across the early years system. She also facilitates learning and adaptation cycles with the RSTO team.
Cara has 14 years' experience in program evaluation, working as both an internal and external evaluator in organisations ranging from grassroots community organisations, to global NGOs, to academia. She focuses primarily on theory-based evaluation and evaluation in complex systems, with a particular interest in realist methodology. Cara holds a Master's in International Development with a concentration in Design, Monitoring and Evaluation.
Restacking the Odds is a national initiative led by the Centre for Community Child Health at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, in collaboration with Bain & Company and Social Ventures Australia.
