Olivia Hilton
General Manager
Olivia Hilton is the General Manager of Restacking the Odds (RSTO). In this role, Olivia leads the day-to-day operations, strategic direction, and stakeholder partnerships of RSTO, focusing on embedding data‐driven continuous improvement across early childhood services, including Early Childhood Education & Care (ECEC), antenatal care, early years of school, sustained nurse home visiting and parenting programs. She oversees the research, design, implementation, scaling, and governance of RSTO’s program including the lead indicator framework, test and learn platform and training to build local capability for data use, and community-engaged implementation across multiple Australian jurisdictions.
Before leading RSTO, Olivia was an Executive Director of the Foundation for Young Australians and spent many years at Social Ventures Australia (SVA) leading the consulting team. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Chuffed.org and STREAT Ltd.
Olivia has a Bachelor of Business from RMIT and was awarded a scholarship to study Organisational Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School.
