Vicki Harrod

Implementation Manager, WA

Vicki Harrod, RSTO’s WA Implementation Manager, is an experienced social worker and adult learning specialist with a passion for helping children and families thrive. She has worked across child protection and community led improvement, supporting people to use data in ways that feel practical, empowering and connected to real lives.

With an academic background in information technology, alongside post graduate study in Social Work and innovative learning design, Vicki blends curiosity, compassion and clear thinking in her approach. She is driven by a belief in systemic change, the kind that grows when communities learn together, build trust and create environments where children and families feel supported and seen.

Restacking the Odds is a national initiative led by the Centre for Community Child Health at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, in collaboration with Bain & Company and Social Ventures Australia.
